Each session includes a time for theory, sometimes practice & Q&A/exchanges with me and the participants.

The groups are intentionally kept to a limited amount of participants for now, in order to ensure everyone’s active participation and involvement.

Group Weekly Calls
Depending on the mood and the participants’ requests, there is often a mix of energy/feminine/personal vs masculine/business topics where I either share special teachings and/or answer specific questions of the students for which they need support.

1:1 Private Calls
This is the moment when we sit and target one or several specific topics of blocks of yours. Those sessions are extremely precious and often a trigger to unblock something that’s been holding you back for a while - whether emotional, financial, strategic, personal.

This is a special moment just for you, so what we do can be something such as: reviewing your website structure and copy, creating/structuring your offers, realigning the type of products & services that you offer, dealing with a specific client situation, upgrading your visual identity, working on your social media presence, optimising your pitch, and so much more.

While I won't do the work for you, I will sometimes do the work with you - right on our group or 1:1 calls and guide you every time you have questions!

Each time we get the opportunity, we’ll co-work on the #1 thing that's going to make a difference for you and your business, based on the goals you shared.

This could be reviewing your next social media post, re-writing your website copy, answering a client’s email, changing up your profile picture or description, defining your offer suite, sending a proposal with your new pricing, or whatever task is most pressing and blocking you from making progress.

The time investment is minimum 2h per week to show up and prepare before & after the weekly Live Call Prepare + plan some time during your morning routine to stack up some new habits over it.

The rest will depend on how much effort you want to put in your project. Usually, if you dedicate 1h per day on the most strategic points identified together, you will already see a shift in your results quite quickly.

Except for the Monday Live Call, the community chat allows you to be very flexible in how you manage your time, as you can reach out and ask questions whenever it fits your schedule. If you can't join the live interactive sessions, the session recordings will be shared with you within 24-48 business hours.

You’ll be coached on all themes related to
