A long-term advisory relationship, positioned outside the operational chain. The only voice in the executive’s inner circle with no stake in their decisions and no agenda other than clarity. Two strategic sessions per month, a quarterly recalibration with the executive team, and a direct line of communication for high-pressure situations.
